SPHERE presents its trash bags, made of recycled, biodegradable and compostable materials for the HORECA channel

SPHERE comes to HOSTELCO with its range of trash bags made from recycled, biodegradable and compostable materials, aimed specifically at the HORECA channel. With 60 years of experience in the manufacture of trash bags, t-shirt bags and a self-service range, the firm is committed to innovation and being on the cutting-edge, to provide the sector with a new generation of products created from 100% biodegradable thermoplastic materials.

Minimising the impact of its activity on the environment is the key feature of SPHERE’s three strategic lines of business: compostable and biodegradable plastics, recycled plastics, and renewable plastics (from non-fossil sources).

In addition to hospitality products, at HOSTELCO they will present its new Alfapac range of trash bags for household use with 80% recycled materials, as well as baking paper, cling film, aluminium foil, and bins for home organic waste.

SPHERE also manufactures generic-brand compostable and biodegradable trash bags, and compostable bags for fruits, vegetables and fresh produce for major retail and cash and carry outlets, always in accordance with the guidelines set by the EN 13432 standard.
