Raúl, from Huesca, entered pastry making at the age of 16, excelling in the art of chocolate. Recognized as the best master chocolate maker in Spain in 2011, he has taught classes at the Chocolate Academy for 4 years, influencing countries such as Japan and Mexico. In 2019, he founded LAPACA, a unique space in Huesca that combines a shop, pastry shop and cafe. His creations have been awarded, including the Award for Best Artisan Chocolate in SpaSessions
