Biography

I trained at the Chocolate Academy for a year and a half, after which I was head of pastry under Jordi Bordas (world champion) as Chef, where I spent five years. That was when I decided to embark on my own project: Nutritious Pastry, R&D and consulting for different companies in the food world seeking more nutritious alternatives and specific solutions.
