Student at the Hotel and Catering School of Osona. I began as a pastry chef under Miquel Saborit in Torelló (Osona). I soon managed to intern in the pastry shop Barcelona, where I ended up staying on as head chocolatier for a year. There I took the decision to join the hotel world, where I spent 5 years at the hotels The Serras, Majestic, Mandarin and Sofia.
