Biography
After over seven years in Peru, Ferran founded a coffee roastery in Lima and collaborates on a project with over 300 coffee-producing families. In December 2022, he launched Amauta Coffee, dedicated to promoting high-quality coffees directly and transparently. He is also the founder of Andean Collective, importing Peruvian specialty coffees for European roasters. Amauta now processes its own batches in Badalona for its café and new wholesale proSessions
