Biography

Carlos is a Master Distiller, he opened his first cocktail bar in Cadaqués in 1999, Bars7t. After 10 years he moved to Barcelona to found Bars7tBarcelona, ​​and finally founded La Destilateca, a space where he collected his 21 years as an expert.
