Meiko presents its new M-iClean PFS, the utensil washer for all types of businesses, offering maximum versatility while taking up less than 1m2

Meiko comes to HOSTELCO with its new M-iClean PFS, the most versatile, robust and efficient utensil washer, and the least bulky in its class, awarded the 2023 Silver Catering Star Award.
Despite its small size, its wash chamber is surprisingly large, which, along with its accessibility and intuitive operation, make it an all-rounder for washware great for all types of businesses: hotels, butchers, bakeries, corner shops, bakeries and small food industries.

Each business is different, with different objects to be washed (crates, trays, utensils, pans…), made of different materials (steel, aluminium, polycarbonate…). And M-iClean PFS offers a solution tailored to each case. This machine’s built-in fastening grid, formerly removable and, thus, often misplaced, makes it possible to wash light materials requiring greater washing pressures, thereby guaranteeing the proper washing and disinfection of all the utensils.

The new M-iClean PFS now also boasts enhanced ergonomics. This model, with a fully folding door, ensures that users can access every corner of the wash chamber, for its optimal cleaning and maintenance. All these improvements are rounded out by the Meiko Air Concept heat recovery system, which allows the steam generated in each washing cycle to be recovered for the next one, thus reducing energy costs and washing times. This system also helps to improve the staff’s comfort and working conditions during the washing process, as it reduces both heat and noise.
