Rational’s iCareSystem AutoDose is an innovative, integrated cleaning system for iCombi Pro table-top appliances that both simplifies cleaning in the kitchen and contributes to sustainability by saving energy and reducing both the use of chemicals and plastic waste.
The cartridge cleaning products are safely stored directly in the cooking equipment, enabling autonomous, safe and customised cleaning. Kitchen hygiene and food safety are critical issues in the catering industry. Regular cleaning is essential and takes up a lot of staff time, which requires constant vigilance, without ever compromising on the required standards.
The iCareSystem AutoDose is the solution for the iCombi Pro units, as it makes it possible to initiate washing autonomously and on a scheduled basis. The cleaning options are easily programmed according to the use of the unit or according to a weekly schedule.
This is achieved thanks to the integrated cartridges with solid detergent in the unit, which means that there is no need for dosing and no need to keep an eye on each cleaning process. The ConnectedCooking application can be used to create cleaning programmes from your dashboard and extend them to the iCombi Pro with iCareSystem AutoDose. Users are also notified about upcoming cartridge changes so that they can manage their orders.
