Proppos’ food inspection by means of artificial intelligence is the definitive tool for quality control on plating lines. It’s developed proprietary technology to automate processes at collective catering establishments. In addition, the Catalan startup will display at HOSTELCO its FastPay tool for the automation of payments by recognising the products chosen by the customer. It’s a self checkout that recognises the products automatically without the need to scan them. It’s an ideal solution for corporate cafeterias, hospitals, university campuses and points of sale at leisure centres, where overcrowding at the cash desks is common.
